  • Trim: Rudholm & Haak (HK) Ltd. Three custom moulds, paid one-time.

Production notes

  • Lead time: ~10 months from PO to DDP delivery (Nov 2024 fabric PO → Feb 2026 finished goods)
  • Most recent run: 342 units, Feb 2026, ~$37,020 total (fabric + sewing + duties)
  • Current run — kids vests, Green + Pink: in production at Wintex via Romi. Fabric ordered ~May 22 (100M Green ASAP; Pink on a 10-week lead → arrives ~July 31). Olmetex closes for August, which leaves ~4 weeks to sew and ship before Sept 1 — Pink fabric is the launch critical path.
  • Open issues:
    • Pink fabric delivery — any slip past ~July 31 endangers Sept 1. Build the contingency: what's the launch SKU set if Pink is late?
    • AMEDEO mill had a separate issue that paused the bag line in April 2026 ($6,600 deposit held by Romi); the vest run was unaffected but the relationship needs monitoring
  • Notes for next production run: confirm whether AMEDEO is still the right base fabric, or whether we move to an alternative
